The Raleigh-Durham (RDU) chapter of the The Exit Planning Institute (EPI) is a well-established consortium of dedicated exit planning professionals who share a unified and common goal – to assist business owners throughout North Carolina and beyond in successfully exiting their businesses.

As Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPA), we have undergone comprehensive training in the “Value Acceleration Methodology” developed by EPI. Coupled with many years of hands-on exit experience working closely with our clients, we have committed ourselves to strategically maximizing the value that owners can realistically achieve upon their inevitable business exit.
